Due to the delicate nature of each wall hanging, the vast majority cannot be shipped outside of Sydney. Please contact for exceptions.

As all pieces are handmade, no returns or exchanges will be offered.

Once a wall hanging has been safely delivered or picked up by the purchaser, ‘let’s hang’ takes no responsibility for breakages.

Ceramics

Ceramics are shipped Australia wide. Shipping costs are based on weight total and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping to P.O Boxes is not available.

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

Custom ceramics have a 3 week turn around.

No refunds will be offered for change of mind. Refunds and/or returns can be made if a breakage occurs in the shipping process via our external shipping partners.
If ceramics are collected by the purchaser, let’s hang takes no responsibility for breakages once they have been collected or safely delivered by ‘let’s hang’.
